If you are not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Send us your order number and a clear photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund. You do not need to return the item.

Order not received

If your order has not arrived within 35 days of dispatch, contact us and we will reship it or refund you.

Change of mind

Items ship from overseas, so return shipping is the buyer's cost and returns are accepted only for unused items in original packaging. Contact us first for return instructions.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
